How to give a smooth transition in DP Logo slider

For this please add CSS in the Divi Theme options:

.dipl_logo_slider_0_tb_body .swiper-wrapper {
transition-timing-function : linear !important;
}

Also, please apply these settings in the DP Logo Slider module:

Auto Play Delay: 0

Transition Duration: 4000
