Overview of the Facebook Embedded Post module

How to add the Facebook Embedded Post module to your page

1. Open your page in the Divi Visual Builder.
2. Click the gray (+) icon inside a row to add a new module.
3. Search for DP Facebook Embedded Post in the module search box.
4. Click the module to insert it. Its settings open on the right.

Content tab settings

The Content tab holds the module’s own settings, grouped in the toggles below. Link, Background and Element Label are the standard Divi options.

Configuration

• Facebook APP ID: Enter the facebook app id.
• Post URL: Enter the absolute URL of the facebook post.
• Frame Width: Increase or decrease the post width. Min 350 pixel and Max 750 pixel. Leave empty to use fluid width.
• Enable Lazy Loading: Choose to use the browser’s lazy-loading. The browser does not render the comments if it’s not close to the viewport.

Display

• Display Text: Applied to photo post. Set to on to include the text from the Facebook post, if any.

Note: Use the URL of a public Facebook post.

Design tab settings

The Design tab lets you style each part of the module:

• Alignment: styling options for the alignment.
• Sizing, Spacing, Border, Box Shadow, Transform, Animation: the standard Divi design options for the whole module.

Advanced tab settings

The Advanced tab has the standard Divi options: Attributes (add a CSS class or ID), CSS, HTML, Conditions, Interactions, Visibility, Transitions, Position and Scroll Effects.
