Slider is not working

Several factors can cause slider functionality. Below are the most common causes and their solutions:

Cause 1: SiteGround Optimizer Plugin
SiteGround Optimizer may interfere with the slider’s .js files, causing it to malfunction.

Solution:

• Disable JavaScript optimization settings in SiteGround Optimizer.
• Clear your cache after making changes.

Cause 2: jQuery and jQuery Migrate Settings
Disabling jQuery Migrate or using certain performance settings in Divi can stop slider functionality.

Solution:

• Go to Divi >> Theme Options >> General >> Performance.
• Disable the option labeled “Defer jQuery And jQuery Migrate.”

Cause 3: Custom CSS Conflicts
Custom CSS applied to your website may override the default styles of the slider or gallery.

Solution:

• Identify and remove any conflicting CSS that is not part of our plugin.
• You can do this by checking the browser’s developer tools.
