Why are Divi Plus templates showing shortcodes instead of the intended design?

To use Divi Plus templates, you must have the Divi Plus plugin active on your site. Divi Plus is one of our plugins, and it includes free templates, child themes, and section blocks as part of the package.

When the plugin is not active, the templates display shortcodes instead of the intended design. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Install the Divi Plus Plugin: If not already installed, download and install the plugin on your site.
2. Activate the Plugin: Ensure that the plugin is active in your WordPress dashboard.

If you don’t already have the plugin, you can purchase it from Divi Extended or Elegant Themes. Once installed and activated, your templates will display as expected.

Once the plugin is installed and activated, the templates should work as expected.
