Why is my Instagram feed showing “No Instagram posts found”?

This message usually appears when your Instagram access token has expired.

An access token is a secure key that allows your website to display posts from your Instagram account. Instagram provides two types of tokens:

• Short-lived tokens: Valid for about 1 hour.
• Long-lived tokens: Valid for about 60 days.

Once this period ends, the token expires automatically, and your website can no longer fetch posts which results in the message “No Instagram posts found.”

How to fix it:

1. Go to your Instagram feed settings on your website.
2. Reconnect your Instagram account or refresh the access token.
3. After reconnecting, the new token will be generated, and your posts will appear again on the feed.
