Product Download

After an order is placed for a child theme, plugin, layout, or subscription (which includes child themes, layouts, and plugins), the product is delivered by Internet download only.

Orders are typically ready for download instantly but could take as long as twenty-four hours to complete. Once an order is successfully processed, the order confirmation email is sent automatically with a link to download the ordered product. Download link is also available on the My Account area of our website and users can log in using the email address used for placing the order and the password set during the order process.

A download made for each ordered product or any product in a subscription is monitored closely in order to ensure that a user is successfully able to download a product. We reserve the right to terminate the download access in case of download abuse.

Refund Policy

Since DiviExtended.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our website.

If a product is not downloaded after placing the order and a refund request is made within 14 days, we will happily issue a refund upon request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
