If this would be the case, then please make sure you grant us access to your site.

An error occurred while updating “Product Name”: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature – If you come across this error during an update of Divi Blurb Extended and Divi Dental, you could download an updated version of the product for your account area and manually upload it via FTP or web based file manager.
