However, we’re sorry to say that it is not sure/promised that we’ll be able to resolve your issue/request entirely. Moreover, for customization requests, we might need access to your website. If this would be the case, then please make sure you grant us access to your site.

Note: Please provide your website access to our support team, only when they ask for it. If you’re having trouble installing our child themes, plugins, and layouts, and haven’t visited our documentation page, then we recommend you first visit that for any installation help.

As stated in the above points, we might need access to your site in order to resolve your issue. Therefore, when we request you to grant access, please don’t share your logging details in the message body or reply to the support ticket. Else, create a separate account using the email address provided by one of our support team members. So, he/she can be able to log-in to your website successfully without any security concerns.
