We use Tawk.to to create support tickets and reply to customer queries. Our support team in a few cases may need access to the client website to perform a diagnosis and troubleshooting related to the products. We request our users to create an account on their website using our support email address based on this same domain and not share the password via support ticket or email. Once an email account is created on client website, we use forgot password option of the WordPress to create a password ang log in to the site. We do not save or keep the log in details saved and users are required to remove the account after troubleshooting is done.
