Transparent rules for refund

Product Download

After an order is placed for a child theme, plugin, layout, or subscription (which includes child themes, layouts, and plugins), the product is delivered by Internet download only.

Orders are typically ready for download instantly but could take as long as twenty-four hours to complete. Once an order is successfully processed, the order confirmation email is sent automatically with a link to download the ordered product. Download link is also available on the My Account area of our website and users can log in using the email address used for placing the order and the password set during the order process.

A download made for each ordered product or any product in a subscription is monitored closely in order to ensure that a user is successfully able to download a product. We reserve the right to terminate the download access in case of download abuse.

 

Refund Policy

Since the products offered on DiviExtended.com are non-tangible and irrevocable goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is sent. We kindly request our customers to carefully consider their purchase decisions and review the product functionality available on the specific product page before making any purchase.

However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. If you have not downloaded the product after placing the order and wish to request a refund within 14 days, we will gladly accommodate your request.

For refund requests made after you have downloaded our product, we handle them on a case-by-case basis, exercising careful consideration and issuing refunds at our sole discretion.
