All Divi Extended products — child themes, plugins, layouts, and subscriptions — are digital and delivered by Internet download only. Most orders are processed instantly, though delivery can occasionally take up to 24 hours. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your download links, and your products are always available under the Downloads section of your My Account area. We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of download abuse or fraudulent activity.

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Individual Products)

We want you to buy with confidence. Every individual product — whether purchased with an annual or lifetime license — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If it turns out not to be the right fit, just reach out within 14 days and we’ll be glad to help, including issuing a refund.

Because our products are digital, we do ask that you give them a fair try and contact us with any issue first — very often a quick reply from our team solves the problem and saves you the hassle of a refund altogether. But if you’re still not satisfied, we’ll honor the guarantee, no hard feelings.

Purchased through the Elegant Themes Marketplace? That order follows Elegant Themes’ own 30-day refund window, in line with their store policy. Purchases made directly on DiviExtended.com are covered by the 14-day period described here.

Sitewide Memberships Are Non-Refundable (Annual and Lifetime Membership)

The Divi Extended Annual Membership and Divi Extended Lifetime Membership are different from individual products: they unlock our entire store — every plugin, module, and layout we make — in a single purchase. Because a membership grants immediate access to and download of our complete catalog, it cannot be refunded once purchased.

We know that’s a firm line, so here’s our honest advice: if you’re still exploring, buy the individual products you want most first. Those are covered by the 14-day guarantee above, so you can try what matters to you with complete peace of mind — and upgrade to a membership later, once you know it’s the right move.

Please note: a Membership is our store-wide bundle. This is not the same as choosing the “annual” or “lifetime” license option on an individual product — those individual purchases remain covered by our 14-day guarantee.

Renewals Are Non-Refundable

To keep your license active and your downloads, updates, and support uninterrupted, annual licenses and the Annual Membership renew automatically each year. Renewal payments are non-refundable — this applies to both individual product renewals and Annual Membership renewals.

We never want a renewal to take you by surprise, so we email you a reminder 7 days before every renewal. That gives you time to review your plan, make changes, or cancel before you’re charged. Because this advance notice is always sent, we’re unable to refund a renewal once it has processed.

Canceling Your Subscription or Auto-Renewal

You’re always in control. To turn off auto-renewal, simply log in to your account on our website and cancel the subscription from your My Account area.

When you cancel, your subscription moves to a “Pending Cancellation” status and stays active until the end of your current paid period — so you keep full access to your downloads, updates, and support for the time you’ve already paid for. Nothing is cut off early; you simply won’t be charged again.
