If you encounter a blank shop page after assigning the shop layout from the Divi Theme Builder, then you will need to check if your products in the backend have the details which are to be shown in the template.

Our shop layout will provide the structure and design for your shop page, but it relies on the inclusion of specific product details to showcase the exact layout.

To view the complete shop layout, ensure that you add the necessary details to your products. For example, include feature image and star ratings to display them on the product listings, and specify sale prices to activate the sale tag feature.

This way, the shop layout will accurately reflect the desired presentation of your products. Also, to make the sidebar visible on the page, please create a sidebar and add the widgets to the sidebar

In order to add the widgets please move to your WordPress admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Sidebar >> Add the widgets here.
