Use Credit Card for payment

This document outlines the different ways customers can use their Credit or Debit Cards to make purchases on our website, including direct checkout options and manual payment links.

1. Direct checkout options

You do not need to contact support to pay with a Credit or Debit Card. We offer two direct card processing methods on our checkout page for instant order processing and product delivery:

Option A: Direct credit/debit card (Stripe)

  • Select the “Payment options” (Credit/Debit Card) option at checkout.
  • Enter your card details (Card Number, Expiry, and CVV) directly on our secure checkout page.

Option B: Credit/Debit card via PayPal (Guest checkout)

  • Select the “Credit / Debit Card via PayPal” option at checkout.
  • You will be prompted to pay via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account simply select the option to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card.

2. Manual payment links

If you face any issues with the direct checkout options or require custom invoicing, our support team can assist you manually.

  1. Contact our support team via Divi Extended Support.
  2. We will generate a secure Stripe Payment Link for your specific order amount and send it to your email.
  3. Click the link to complete the payment securely using your Credit or Debit Card.
  4. Once the payment is complete, reply to the support ticket with the payment receipt/proof. Our team will manually assign the purchased product to your account and activate it.

3. GST and Invoicing (For customers in India)

As per Indian tax regulations, purchases made by Indian users are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Tax Rate: A GST of 18% will be added to your total order amount during checkout.
  • GSTIN Invoices: If you require a business tax invoice with your company’s GSTIN (GST Identification Number) for tax input credits, please provide the following details during checkout or send them to our support team:
    • Name
    • GSTIN
    • Full shipping address
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Product Name
    • Order Amount
    • Payment Date
    • Payment Mode
