Divi page builder not loading when plugin/theme is activated

This issue is mainly related to low memory allocation to your website by your hosting provider. Check the Divi Support Center page to see if you have adequate server resources allocated.

To go to Divi Support center, navigate to Divi >> Support Center >> System Status.

*** These values are recommended by Divi for itself. When you add more plugins to your website, for example, Divi Plus this Benchmark will change logically as the new plugins you will add will require more memory and resources. ***

If you have the sound numbers above but still have an issue, try deactivating the plugin/child-theme and see if you are able to load builder without our product being active.

If nothing helps, please create a support ticket from the website where you placed your order.
