Unable to Update?

Purchase made from Elegant Themes Official Divi Marketplace?

The billing, update and download system of products sold on the Elegant Themes official Divi Marketplace is entirely managed by Elegant Themes team. 

Plugins and Child Themes come with an yearly license on the Marketplace and in order to get update and support after 1 year of your purchase, the renewal of the yearly license is required. 

If an update fails even if the product license is active, please contact the official Elegant Themes support team as we provide them with a raw plugin file and they implement the update system in it and release it (each plugin and child theme version goes through this process).

Purchase made from Divi Extended website?

If you purchased a product from Divi Extended directly, you will need to download the product file from account area and then upload it to your WordPress dashboard. If the update fails, please create a ticket.

If you have a Divi Extended plugin purchased from Elegant Themes official Divi Marketplace earlier you will still need to install the package downloaded from overriding your previously installed package. (In case of Divi Blog Extras, you will need to delete the plugin installed from previous source and then upload the copy of the plugin downloaded from your account area on For all other plugins, you can simply upload and override the plugins.)
